Route 10 on detour on the outbound. From MSS, Left 5th, Left Idaho, Right 15th back to route. Outbound stops on 8th and Fort are closed. Temp stop placed at 15th and Resseguie.

Due to road construction, route 16 is on detour. Stops on 1st/Idaho and 1st/Bannock will be closed, use stop on Main and 1st.

New detour on the Outbound Route 9. From 5th, Left on Idaho, Right on 15th, Left on State. Stops on State at 9th, 11th, 15th, and 18th will be closed. We will be servicing stops on Idaho Outbound. We will be returning to regular route on the Inbound side. A temporary stop has been placed at State and 21st. Inbound stop at State and 9th has been closed due to construction.

Statement and Notification of Protections

Valley Regional Transit is committed to ensuring that no individual or organization is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of its program, activities or services, or subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin in accordance with Title VI or the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended.

Also, Titles II and III of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 provide that no entity shall discrimination against an individual with a disability in connection with the provision of transportation service. The law sets forth specific requirements for vehicle and facility accessibility and the provision of service, including complementary paratransit service.

Filing a Title VI/ADA Complaint

Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI or the Americans with Disabilities Act may file a complaint with Valley Regional Transit. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
