Due to road construction, route 16 is on detour. Stops on 1st/Idaho and 1st/Bannock will be closed, use stop on Main and 1st.

The law sets forth specific requirements for vehicle and facility accessibility and the provision of service, including complementary paratransit service.

Filing a Title VI/ADA Complaint
Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI or the Americans with Disabilities Act may file a complaint with Valley Regional Transit. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
